How long will my order take?
Because most Cre8Merch orders are custom, timing depends on the product, quantity, level of customization, approvals, and supplier availability. We will always do our best to give you a realistic timeline, but production time and shipping time are separate.
Is your delivery date guaranteed?
No. Any timeline we provide is an estimate unless we clearly confirm in writing that a specific date is guaranteed.
What affects turnaround time?
Turnaround time can be affected by artwork approval, supplier stock, product availability, production complexity, shipping carrier timelines, customs, weather, and other factors outside our direct control.
Does shipping time include production time?
Not always. Production and shipping are two separate stages. Your order must first be reviewed, approved, produced, and packaged before it ships.
Can I rush an order?
Sometimes. Rush orders may be possible depending on the product and timeline, but they must be discussed and approved in advance. Additional charges may apply.
Who chooses the shipping carrier?
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Cre8Merch chooses the shipping method and carrier we believe is most suitable for the order.
What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please double check your shipping details before confirming your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, any delays, rerouting fees, reshipping fees, or losses are the customer's responsibility.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, in some cases. International shipping may involve duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs processing, and local delivery charges. Unless we say otherwise in writing, those costs are the customer's responsibility.
When is my order considered delivered?
Your order is considered delivered when it is marked delivered by the carrier, delivered to the address provided, accepted by you or your representative, or made available for pickup.
What if the carrier is delayed?
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is mostly in the carrier's hands. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, or other transit issues outside our control.
Can my order ship in more than one package?
Yes. Some orders may ship in partial shipments depending on supplier timing, product availability, or the structure of the order.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Please inspect it right away. If there is a shortage, visible damage, or a material issue, contact us in writing within 5 business days of delivery or pickup and include photos where possible.
Do you refund shipping charges?
Not usually. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, especially where delays, failed delivery attempts, address issues, or carrier-related problems are outside our control.
What happens if my package is returned or refused?
If a shipment is refused, returned, or undeliverable, the order is still considered your responsibility. Any reshipping or related charges would need to be paid before we send it again.
